A small studio for serious products.
stack-driven is where Roberto Brunati publishes practical notes, tools, and lessons from building serious software systems with AI coding tools and boring infrastructure.
How we work
Opinionated by default. We bring a stack, not a menu. Decisions are made once, on purpose, so the work moves.
Framework-driven. The work is documented in repeatable frameworks, so decisions are visible, testable, and easy to revisit.
Ship in days, not quarters. Small teams can move quickly when the architecture is clear, the trade-offs are explicit, and the feedback loops are short.
Who's behind it

I'm Roberto Brunati — engineer, product builder, and the principal behind stack-driven. I started the studio because teams kept hitting the same wall: too many options, too much generated code, and too little clarity about what should ship next. stack-driven exists to document better ways through that mess.
What we write about
Notes from the work — engineering decisions, framework deep-dives, and the practical reality of shipping serious products with small teams.
